Seasonal Contract Time Rentals

Excluding Nov 22-25, Dec 18 - Jan 1
Court time may be "contracted" by the season. The season runs for 33 weeks. Court time is reserved each week on the same day at the same time. Make-ups for missed contract time will be honored only if 24 hours notice is given AND the time is sold. MISSED TIME IS LOST TIME.
Deposits for renewing contract time will be accepted until March 31, 2012. Afterward, courts will be reserved on a first come basis. Please adhere to the deadline; your court may be sold unless you act.
A deposit of $300 per court must be made in one payment only by the captain by March 31st to insure your reservation. The balance must be paid in one payment only and is due no later than September 20th, 2012. A $35 late fee will apply to all contracts not paid in full by that date. Deposits are not refundable. Holiday Open Time Rentals
Excluded under contracted seasonal court time is Thanksgiving weekend (Nov 22-25) and a 2 week period during the Christmas & New Years Holidays (Dec 18 - Jan 1). All courts are sold under open court time rentals at $40 per hour.
